We want you to be confident about ordering with us so our photo restoration guarantee means:
No payment is required upfront
To assure you we won’t “take your money and run” (like some of the cowboys offering restoration services on the internet) we don’t ask for any money upfront – unless the quote is over £100 (excluding prints). In this case we request a 25% deposit.
Fixed price quote
We will assess your photo and give you a definitive quote – so don’t worry if you’re not sure what level restoration is required. Work won’t start on your photograph until the price has been agreed.
Not happy, then don’t pay
You’ll be sent a screen resolution proof by email so you can assess the results of the restoration work. If you are not happy with the results and we can’t fix it to your satisfaction then you won’t be charged*.
* There would be a small P&P charge to return your original photo(s).
For new customers wanting more than one photo restored (and returning customers at our discretion) we will request payment after restoring one of your photos. This ensures you’re happy with our work before we proceed and minimises our risk. However in the unlikely event that the subsequent photos aren’t satisfactory and we can’t correct them accordingly then we will give you a part refund.
If we have concerns about the quality of your photo we will advise you as to the results you can expect. We can’t recover detail that was never captured such as over exposed images or very blurry ones. The colour quality that can be recovered from very faded images varies. Should you still choose to go ahead then you accept the limitations of your original photo as noted and judge the results accordingly.
Our guarantee does not include a “change of mind”. Your acceptance of our quote is a commitment to order.
